Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. All orders are shipped via USPS ground transport and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States. 

How much does shipping cost?

All orders ship for a flat rate of $8 or $15, depending on order size, within the United States.

*some products are subject to a $15-20 shipping & handling fee.

Can I get my order faster?

Expedited shipping can be arranged. Please email hello@kubomodernliving.com to inquire about expedited shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We are excited about our products and we want you to feel great about them too. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@kubomodernliving.com to get your return process started. You can start a return for a refund within 10 days of the order date.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return, less shipping charges, in the original method of payment.

Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

All sale items are final sale.

Can I exchange an item?

All of our products are made in small batches and we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for an exchange. To make sure the item you’d like to purchase is in stock, send us an email at hello@kubomodernliving.com and we will be happy to assist you.

My order got damaged in transit - what do I do?

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above on how to return an item.
